If Sleep Cycle can’t wake you up when you were in light sleep, it will be forced to wake you up in the end of the wake up window.
Let's say you have set the alarm to wake you between 7:15am and 7:45 am.
Right before 7:10am, you are almost awake, and then you go down in a new sleeping cycle, and you are in deep sleep at 7:35am.
The app has to set off the alarm before 7:45, because that's the selected wake up window. So it has no choice but waking you up when you are in deep sleep, because the waking up window didn't go well together with your current sleep cycle for that hour.
This can happen, and if this happens to you often, test an other wake up window, shorter or longer!
