If you would like to stop receiving our newsletter, you will find the option to unsubscribe at the bottom of every email you receive. Simply, scroll down, click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ button and you are immediately unsubscribed from receiving future newsletters.
When it comes to communication regarding Sleep School, the process is slightly different as this is a feature via the app. If you want to stop these emails, within the Sleep Cycle app, go to: > Profile> Sleep School > Stop.
