The more consistent you are with your sleep routine, the more beneficial it will be for your sleep quality and overall health and wellbeing. The ‘Sleep Goal’ feature allows you to set a sleep goal for when your bedtime and wake-up time. You can set it for all days of the week or just for weekdays. You choose what works best for you.
How do I set a Sleep Goal?
Go to the Profile tab > Sleep Goal - Choose ‘On’, ‘Off’ or ‘Create a Sleep Goal’.
How do I know if I have a Sleep Goal set?
In the alarm view (within the ‘Sleep’ tab, your wake-up time will have a green square around it.
