Sleep Cycle is not designed for naps at this point. While napping is great and something we encourage for sleep health—if you notice it’s beneficial for you—it is a different kind of sleep tracking that we don’t support yet.
As of now, we only support one session per day.
Using Sleep Cycle to track your naps can also cause inaccurate statistics and, in some cases, delete the previous full-night session, which we do not recommend.
