Our Sleep Goal feature helps you establish a consistent sleep routine, improving your overall health and well-being. It allows you to set a target bedtime and wake-up time, tailoring your sleep schedule to your needs.
How It Works
You can customize your Sleep Goal by selecting:
• The days it’s active (e.g., Monday to Friday)
• Your preferred bedtime and wake-up time
• Alarm type
• A bedtime reminder or a bedtime routine
If you choose a bedtime routine, we’ll activate a wind-down guide to help you relax and prepare for sleep. This starts two hours before your set bedtime.
How to Activate
Go to Profile > Sleep Goal to create or edit your sleep schedule. Your alarm screen will default to your selected wake-up time and alarm type.
Important: You still need to manually start your sleep sessions each night.
