It is not possible to change your account email directly in the app.
If you wish to update the email address associated with your account, please reach out to our support team support@sleepcycle.com as they need to collect certain information and verify your identity to ensure account security.
Please note that while we can update the email address linked to your account, the login method cannot be altered. For example, if you originally signed in using Apple ID, switching your email will not enable a password login.
