Go to the Profile tab > Premium > Heart Rate > Choose ‘On’ to enable Heart Rate.
If the Heart Rate Monitor still doesn’t work, you must allow Sleep Cycle permission to use the camera.
Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera > Turn on permission for Sleep Cycle
Users who activate the heart rate reading will be asked to place their finger on the camera lens to record their wake-up resting pulse. Their heart rate will then be included in their sleep analysis graphs.
If you sleep with an Apple watch, we can also collect heart rate data from it! To do this, you need to be connected to Apple Health.
Go to Profile > Apple Health> and connect here. Also, go to Apple Health> profile > apps > SleepCycle > and enable heart rate here!
