Microphone, why is it recommended?

Both the accelerometer and the microphone will track your sleep in detail. However, we recommend using the microphone, as your sleep analysis will then also capture snoring and other sounds that impact your sleep quality. Furthermore, you don’t have to keep your phone in bed. You can place it conveniently on a nightstand table or something similar.
