Your gift cards/vouchers are emailed to you immediately after purchase. It may take a few minutes for it to appear in your inbox.
If you still haven’t received it,
- Check your email spam folder for the email.
- If it’s not there, contact our support team.
To better help you, make sure to include the following information when you contact support:
- In the app, go to Profile > select More > select Account and take a screenshot*
- A copy of the receipt (email or screenshot)
