I didn’t receive a gift card / voucher

Your gift cards/vouchers are emailed to you immediately after purchase. It may take a few minutes for it to appear in your inbox.

If you still haven’t received it,

  1. Check your email spam folder for the email.
  2. If it’s not there, contact our support team.

To better help you, make sure to include the following information when you contact support: 

  1. In the app, go to Profile > select More > select Account and take a screenshot*
  2. A copy of the receipt (email or screenshot)

*To take a screenshot (a picture of your screen) on your phone:

Press the Side (or Power) button and the Volume up button at the same time. Quickly release both buttons.
