How do I claim a refund?

Refunds are managed directly by Apple or Google, as purchases are tied to your Apple or Google ID. We’ll guide you through the process step by step, but please note that Apple’s and Google’s refund policies apply.

On our website

  • If you subscribed through our website, you must first cancel your subscription.
To do that, log in here: https://app.sleepcycle.com/account.

  • After canceling your subscription, please send us an email with the following details to process your refund request:

•A copy of your receipt from FastSpring
•The email address used for the purchase

Our email address is: support@sleepcycle.com

Note: A screenshot of a bank transaction will not be sufficient, as it does not provide the necessary purchase details.

 On iOS

When you purchase an app, Apple sends you a receipt that includes a link labeled “Report a Problem.” Click on this link to access Apple’s refund portal and request a refund.

If you don’t have access to your receipt, you can retrieve it by following the steps on Apple’s support page: Apple Support - Request a refund

Please note that Sleep Cycle has no control over Apple’s refund process and cannot influence or in any other way affect the outcome of Apple’s decision on refunds.

On Android

If it’s been less than 48 hours since you bought an app or made an in-app purchase,  you can request a refund through Google Play.

  • Go to Google Play Account.
  • Click on “Order History.”
  • Find the order you want to return and click “More” on the order.
  • Select “Request a refund” or “Report a problem”, choose the option that best describes your situation, and complete the form, specifying that you are requesting a refund.
