Restore purchase as an Early Adopter - Lost account access

Restore Early Adopter purchase if you lost access.

If you've purchased Sleep Cycle as a one-time purchase, it remains valid on the platform of purchase and the associated Apple or Google ID. Transferring purchases across platforms is not possible. For instance, if you purchased it on an iPhone, it cannot be restored on an Android device.

As an Early Adopter, you will have access to the same features as when initially purchasing Sleep Cycle and will continue to have access to those features indefinitely.

To access new and future features, consider subscribing to our premium plan.
Please note that features developed after your initial purchase are not included in the Early Adopter premium access.

iOS

To restore your purchase on your iOS device, you need to use the same Apple ID as you purchased Sleep Cycle with.

If the app prompts you to start a free trial and make a purchase, you need to first start a free trial for 7 days and then cancel the trial before it auto-renews to a paid subscription.
When the trial has ended you will be able to restore your purchase in the statistics tab. If you still have access to the statistics tab after the trial you have the correct early adopter access.

Restore purchase iOS
Go to: Statistics - Scroll down on the paywall - press "I have already paid for Sleep Cycle" - press Cannot access account - Restore Purchase.

Note: If you have changed region or country of your Apple ID / AppStore your Apple ID is not the same as the initial purchase.

Android

To restore a purchase from an Android device to another Android device, please send us a print screen of your old Sleep Cycle receipt and make sure you still use the same Google account that made the purchase and we will help to restore your early adopter premium.

If you don't have the receipt in your email, you will find it here:  https://payments.google.com/

Make sure that the GPA-number is visible on the receipt.

Our email address is: support@sleepcycle.com
