I purchased premium, but it has not been activated in the account!

If you don’t have access to premium features in your app after purchasing premium, try logging out of the app and back in, to trigger the premium subscription.

  1. To log out: Go to Profile > select More/advanced > select Account > select ‘Log out’
  2. To log in: Go to ‘Profile’ > select ‘More/advanced’ > select ‘ Account’ > select  ‘Log in’ > type in your email address and password.
