We recommend using Sleep Cycle with your device connected to a charger. On average, Sleep Cycle uses about 30% of your battery during one night, though it can vary. If your device isn’t charged overnight, it may run out of battery before morning.
To help prevent this, you can enable the battery warning in the Settings tab, so Sleep Cycle will notify you if your battery is low.
