iPhone and Android
With the Online backup subscription you can change, restore or upgrade your device without having to worry about losing your Sleep Cycle data. Your sleep data will be safely stored on your online backup account, this will also make it possible for you to change between platforms, going from an iPhone to an Android or vice versa.
Please note that data is still stored locally on your device, meaning that if you delete a night from the journal it will be deleted permanently from our end as well. Online backup only works for the data currently stored on your device.
To guarantee that Online backup is on go to Profile > consent and privacy > and make sure 'sleep data on our servers' is on. Also, go to profile > online backup > select on.
To double check go to profile > scroll to the top of the screen > and make sure the cloud is green and says 'OK'
(Online backup does not include recordings since they are stored locally on your device and will not be transferred between devices)
