If you are receiving an error message stating that background permissions are missing, follow these steps:
Open the My Watch app on your iPhone.
- Go to Settings > General > App Background Services.
- Ensure that Background App Refresh is set to ON.
- Scroll down until you see Sleep Cycle and make sure it is also set to ON.
