Sleep Cycle now supports Android Wear OS, this is how it works.
Is the Watch stand alone?
No, not really. You don’t need to engage with your phone at all, as you go to bed and wake up with the Watch. However, the analysis will still be done via the phone, so the Wear OS integration will act as a remote.
Which Wear OS version is required?
For this integration to work, Wear OS 2 is required. Our integration will work with any modern Wear OS watch, from multiple manufacturers. Please see an updated list here: https://wearos.google.com/#find-your-watch
How to install the Sleep Cycle watch app on your smartwatch:
On your watch, open Google Play store and search for Sleep Cycle to install it there.
Automatic start feature:
The automatic start feature is only available for Galaxy Watch 4 at this point in time.
