Lifetime Subscription holders: Lost account access

If you have bought Sleep Cycle as a one-time purchase, this will always be honored, but please note, it will only be valid on the platform where you made that first purchase. 

A purchase can not be moved across platforms, so if you bought Sleep Cycle on your iPhone, you will not be able to restore that purchase on an Android phone.

 

iOS

To restore your purchase on your iOS device with the same Apple ID as you purchased Sleep Cycle with.

Go to: Statistics - Scroll down on the paywall - click "I have already paid for Sleep Cycle" - click Cannot access account - Restore Purchase.

Android

To restore a purchase from an Android device to another, please send us a print screen of your old Sleep Cycle receipt and we will help you to restore your early adopter premium. 

If you don't have the receipt in your email, you will find it via https://payments.google.com/

Make sure that you can see the GPA-number on the receipt.
